What we do

AriesNova Consultancy supports our clients to achieve their goals; how success looks like for you and your project(s) and, based on that alignment, jointly determine how to drive the right behaviors and achieve desired outcome(s). We analyze business-critical data to identify issues and concerns, inefficiencies and trends and recommend improvements to prevent issues from arising enabling seamless project execution. Taking into account the specific requirements of the project(s) and its roadmap, the right execution strategy(s) are determined based on a solid risk management framework and contingency considerations. To be able to successfully implement the strategy(s), required resources, team composition and governance frameworks are developed. When and where desired, AriesNova Consultancy can also supplement the client's team with our professionals to support the execution. 

AriesNova Consultancy provides:

  • Assessment of ongoing projects – determination and understanding of the current status, analysis of the pathway to completion, identification of area’s of concern and possible barriers and recommendations for possible improvements and support execution to completion
  • Business Consultation - understanding your business drivers, strategic planning and requirements for completion including the risk assessment. Recommendation for the outline of a successful overall project implementation strategy addressing the advantages and drawbacks of different contracting strategy: LSTK, OBEC, G-max, EPCM Cost Reimbursable (w or w/o fee@risk) and integrated partnerships.
  • Execution Strategy Development – development of requirements for governance, executive oversight, project management, quality and cost and schedule control and quality culmination in specific execution plans for your project related to the requirements for PMO, technology selection, development to FID, engineering, procurement and subcontracting (supply chain), fabrication including modularization and construction execution and (pre-)commissioning and startup to COD.
  • Execution Implementation - Once success is defined, risks and mitigations identified, strategies developed and execution plans made, it is all about execution. AriesNova Consultancy can actively advise and support during the implementation phase; provide executive oversight and project management, cost and schedule control as well as Commercial and Business Management including governance, engineering management, quality assurance, supply chain, project controls and stakeholders relations and supplementing the Client's (PMC) team providing EPC Contactor / Supplier / Subcontractor oversight. This can include set up and advice on Change Orders Management (incl. dispute settlements) as well as Claim & Backcharges Management.
